Compact earthmoving equipment: mini excavators from 1.0 to 3.5 tons operating weight, both diesel and battery-electric, together with excavator attachments – digging buckets, hydraulic thumbs, auger drives, frost rippers and quick couplers – sized for machines in that weight class. We sell to customers in the United States only. We do not rent, lease or finance equipment.

6. Terms that apply to a purchase

Every order is subject to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Payment Policy. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, email info@nestiques.com with your order number. We answer every message within 24 hours and resolve almost everything the same week. There is no mandatory arbitration clause in our terms – if we cannot agree, either side may go to court, and you keep access to your state’s small claims process. Governing law is the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; you keep any non-waivable rights under the laws of your own state of residence.

8. Liability for links

This site links to a small number of external pages, such as the USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking services, California’s P65Warnings site, the Federal Trade Commission and Stripe’s privacy policy.
